All products sold by Sujata’s Bakehouse are non-returnable.

Delivery Responsibility

Sujata’s Bakehouse does not usually provide direct delivery services.

Customers may arrange pickup themselves or use third-party courier services such as Uber Connect or Rapido Parcel.

Once the order has been handed over to the customer or courier partner, Sujata’s Bakehouse is not responsible for:

  • Delays in delivery
  • Damage during transit
  • Mishandling by the delivery partner

Customers are advised to ensure proper coordination with their chosen courier service.

Product Handling and Storage

All baked goods are prepared fresh and should be handled properly after pickup or delivery.

Sujata’s Bakehouse is not responsible for any damage, spoilage, or quality issues resulting from:

  • Improper storage
  • Exposure to heat or unsuitable conditions
  • Delayed consumption
